This was pretty tough....rowing and running in the same work out. My legs felt like noodles after the rowing. Glad I was wearing work out pants that stayed on for those double unders. My time was pretty bad as well....40'41'17!!! Not good....I ran too slow!
ReplyDeleteOK FOR GOING AT 6AM I THINK I DID PRETTY GOOD. SINCE I WAS KINDA HALF ASLEEP,BUT HECK I KEPT UP WITH MY SON AND FINISHED LESS THAN A MINUTE AFTER HIM! AND I WISH I COULD GET THOSE DOUBLE UNDERS FELT LIKE I DID ABOUT THOUSAND JUMP ROPES!!
