Oh..this was a good WOD today! Loved working out with the noon crowd!
ReplyDeleteThis was a tough one for me. I was a little upset w/ myself because i did not complete all 6 rounds. I only completed 4 rounds. Still trying to figure out what went wrong. I felt I was too slow during the ring dips, my arms kept shaking.
