ReplyDeleteThanks Pam. That ball was mean to me. Usually I can get to 75-100 straight. But I hit fifty and had to drag it to 60 then break. The rest was horrible. There is no going back now. But does this mean I have to do all the other WODs with at 16lb WB? Ugg that doesn't sound good:o
ReplyDeleteDid much better this time. Last time my time was 16'19'93, my time today was 10'36'48. That's almost a 6 min improvement. I used a 10lb ball on both dates. Will get to 12lb soon. Every did a great job this morning. Cammie, Alma, Nina we missed you this morning.
