Too bad for the 5 am class who had to Row instead of Run...well, at least there was no MB

Man, this was a hard WOD for me! Rowing instead of running may have seemed like it knocked all my power out..and then having to do thrusters inbetween..yikes
ReplyDeleteLiked the thrusters better than the rowing. My legs felt like noodles after the rowing. Overall a good WOD.
