Great wod today! This is my first time doing this one. I think I could have did another round. The first 2 rounds was harder..the weight felt heavy, then it got better as the time went.
ReplyDeleteThis workout really challenged me today. We bumped the weight up to 135lbs and it was tough. Felt good to get through it though!
